Areas:

    Argyle Canyon and Avintaquin Canyon - This is a high mountain area, with elevation generally around 9,000 feet. Therefore, the access into most of the area is seasonal except by snowmobile or the like. The lots generally are covered by tall pines and aspens. The area is very scenic, with nice, cool summers. There is lots of National Forest and BLM ground in the immediate area, with great dear and elk hunting. There are some springs in the area and even on a few of the lots. Otherwise, utilities are not available.

    Fruitland - This is a choice recreational area, with all of the conveniences. Many of the properties have drinking water, power and telephone available, along with year-round access. Fruitland is within 20 minutes of 4 reservoirs and many streams and rivers. The area is surrounded by National Forest and BLM land, providing great deer and elk hunting. There are endless back roads and trails for ATV's, snowmobiles, and mountain bikes. Most of the properties are between 6500 and 7500 feet, and generally covered with pinion pine & juniper trees.
